Job Title: Sales & Lettings Property Valuer

Location: Birmingham

Salary: Up to £50,000 + uncapped commission

Full UK Driving License required

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Valuer to join a successful and growing estate agency.

This role would suit someone who already has a strong track record of winning instructions and sales and is looking for a role offering excellent earning potential, career progression and a supportive working environment.

As a Property Valuer, you’ll play a key role in growing market share and generating new business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Generating valuations and winning new instructions
• Building and managing a strong pipeline
• Developing relationships with vendors and potential clients
• Growing market share through proactive business development
• Carrying out canvassing and outreach
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Working towards individual and team KPIs
• Helping increase office turnover and profitability
• Promoting the business and building its local profile
• Working closely with the wider team, including lettings
• Referring clients to financial services and conveyancing partners
• Ensuring high standards of compliance and service

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience as a Property Valuer
• A strong track record of winning instructions and sales
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• A proactive and target-driven approach
• Good knowledge of the local property market
• The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine desire to progress and develop their career
• 2+ years’ Property Valuation experience
• 5+ years’ estate agency experience
• Full UK driving license and business insurance
