This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-profile, fast-paced organisation where customer experience is at the heart of everything they do. We are looking for confident Customer Service Advisors who can provide an excellent service across telephone and digital channels.

Working as part of a busy customer service team, you'll support customers with a variety of enquiries, helping to resolve issues efficiently while delivering a positive experience.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Handling a high volume of inbound customer enquiries
• Supporting customers with ticketing and account-related queries
• Providing assistance with digital accounts and online services
• Resolving queries at first point of contact wherever possible
• Updating customer information accurately across internal systems
• Communicating clearly and professionally across telephone and digital channels
• Working effectively during busy periods when customer demand is high

We're particularly keen to speak with candidates who have previous experience within a contact centre, customer service, ticketing or digital account support environment.

You'll be a confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills, comfortable using multiple systems and able to remain professional when dealing with a high volume of enquiries.

Previous experience within sport isn't essential – strong customer service experience and the ability to pick up new systems quickly are the priorities.
