Resident Services Associate - #2151103

Our client is an established property business running high quality build-to-rent homes. They put residents first in everything they do, and they want a team that cares about creating a real sense of community, not just managing a building.

As Resident Services Associate, you'll be the first friendly face residents and visitors see. Working alongside the Resident Services Manager, you'll help run everything front of house, from lettings and viewings to events, maintenance and keeping the building looking its best. The role runs on a four on, four off shift pattern, with 12 hour days from 7am to 7pm.

• Acting as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, logging maintenance issues and coordinating contractor visits
• Handling rental enquiries, showing people around, agreeing offers and completing applicant checks
• Planning and hosting monthly resident events, and finding offers and discounts from local businesses
• Keeping apartments and shared spaces well presented, including check ins, check outs and mid-term inspections
• Keeping residents informed through social media and other channels, and keeping property listings up to date
• Supporting on arrears, deposit returns and health and safety compliance

Essential

• A strong background in customer service
• Organised and thorough, with the confidence to think on your feet
• Clear, professional written and spoken communication
• Comfortable with IT and social media
• A warm, outgoing personality and a positive, can-do attitude

Desirable

• Experience conducting property viewings
