Totum Partners is working with a leading international law firm to recruit an E-Billing Specialist. This role will be responsible for the accurate and timely submission of electronic invoices through a range of client e-billing platforms, ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal billing processes.

The ideal E-Billing Specialist will be responsible for:

• Processing and uploading invoices through various e-billing platforms
• Ensuring invoices are submitted within client deadlines
• Managing invoice rejections, short payments and billing queries
• Maintaining billing data within e-billing systems
• Reconciling billing information between Aderant and client portals
• Liaising with partners, fee earners and Credit Control teams
• Supporting reporting, accruals and budget updates
• Ensuring compliance with client billing guidelines and vendor requirements

The ideal E-Billing Specialist will have:

• Previous e-billing experience
• Experience of complex and high-volume billing
• Professional services experience, ideally within a law firm
• Experience using Aderant or a similar practice management system
• Knowledge of multiple e-billing platforms
• Strong Excel and IT skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Multi-currency billing experience would be advantageous
