Infor Finance Consultant

Are you an experienced ERP Finance Consultant with a strong accounting background and experience working with Infor?

We’re working with an established Infor partner that is expanding its consulting team and looking for an experienced Infor Finance Consultant to work with manufacturing customers across the UK and internationally.

The core environment is Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine/CSI), but we’re equally interested in speaking with experienced Finance Consultants from Infor M3 or Infor LN backgrounds who would be interested in developing their expertise within CSI.

The Role

You’ll work closely with customers to understand how their finance function operates, identify opportunities to improve processes and deliver ERP solutions that provide better financial control, reporting and operational efficiency.

You’ll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from initial discovery and requirements gathering through to configuration, testing, training, go-live and ongoing optimisation.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading Finance workstreams across ERP implementations, upgrades and optimisation projects
• Running customer workshops and gathering business requirements
• Reviewing and improving finance processes and controls
• Configuring and supporting ERP Finance functionality
• Working across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting and Financial Reporting
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting requirements
• Producing functional specifications and process documentation
• Supporting data migration, SIT/UAT and go-live
• Delivering user training and supporting adoption
• Working closely with Project Managers, Technical Consultants and customer stakeholders
• Providing ongoing consultancy and managed-service support following implementation

What We're Looking For

You’ll ideally combine a strong finance/accounting background with hands-on ERP implementation or consulting experience.

Experience with one or more of the following would be particularly relevant:

Infor CloudSuite Industrial / CSI / SyteLine

Infor LN Finance

Infor M3 Finance

You should be comfortable engaging with Finance Directors, Controllers and operational stakeholders and translating their requirements into practical ERP solutions.

Experience within manufacturing, distribution or product-based organisations would be particularly valuable.

A professional finance qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, ACA, ACMA or equivalent would be advantageous, although strong practical accounting and ERP Finance experience is equally of interest.
