Painter & Decorator - #2149871

Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for 4 x Painters & Decorators to begin work for a well-established company across the Birmingham area.

About the role:

• Working Hours – 08:00am – 4:30pm
• Pay Rate – £180-£200 DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE
• Working across social housing, domestic properties, hotels, kitchens and bathrooms
• Large ongoing Birmingham programme, including Birmingham Council / social housing works
• Projects include approximately 20 kitchens per week, alongside bathroom and other refurbishment works
• Expected output of approximately 1 property / job per painter per day, depending on the works required
• General preparation and painting/decorating of kitchens, bathrooms and occupied/void properties
• Long-term work available for the right candidates
• Start: Monday / ASAP
• Candidates must be available to complete and sign required forms ASAP before starting, or first thing Monday morning before commencing work

About You:

• Experienced Painter & Decorator
• High work ethic & team player
• Punctual & reliable
• Previous social housing / refurbishment experience preferred
• Valid CSCS Card – Required
• Asbestos Awareness – IATP or UKATA – Required
• Manual Handling Certificate – Required
• Working at Height Certificate – Required
• Must be able to provide clear photographs of all certificates/cards
• Must provide front of CSCS card
• Must provide emergency contact details
• Able to work efficiently while maintaining a good standard of finish
