Supervising Social Worker

Social Personnel are recruiting for Supervising Social Worker for an Independent Fostering Agency based in Birmingham.

Duties Include:

Liaising with placing authorities to ensure child's care plan is followed through
Annual foster carer reviews
Manage a caseload of approved and registered foster carers
Participate in the matching process
Conduct assessments of prospective foster carers using BAAF Form F1 competency based assessment

Essential experience:

2 years experience working as a Fostering Social Worker - statutory or non-statutory
Social Work England Registration
Degree in Social Work
