Interim Project Manager | Stock Management System Implementation
Day rate will be based on experience

The client is embarking on a key systems transformation project and is looking for an experienced Interim Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new stock management and purchasing system.
This is a hands-on assignment requiring someone who can take ownership of the project, engage with stakeholders across the business and ensure the new system works effectively within existing operational and finance processes.

The project will focus on: Stock Management
- Leading the implementation of the core stock management module, providing improved real-time visibility, control and reporting across stock.

Stock Adjustments & Reconciliation
- Developing and implementing processes around write-offs, stock corrections, variances and reconciliation, ensuring the new solution integrates effectively with existing stock-taking processes.

Purchase Order System
- Implementing an end-to-end PO workflow, covering order creation, approvals, goods receipt and integration with existing systems and the wider supplier network.
What I'm looking for:

• Proven Project Management experience delivering systems implementations
• Strong understanding of stock, inventory, purchasing or supply chain processes
• Experience implementing ERP, stock management, inventory or procurement systems
• Ability to map existing processes and translate them into effective future-state workflows
• Strong stakeholder management across Finance, Operations, Procurement, IT and external suppliers
• Experience managing testing, data migration, user acceptance and go-live
• A hands-on approach with the ability to drive delivery, challenge where needed and keep the project moving
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced, changing environment
