Project Executive

We are supporting our client, a growing and acquisitive professional services organisation in the appointment of an experienced Project Executive.

This is on a hybrid basis of 3 days in office, 2 days from home, full time, permanent and the salary is £40-50k a year dependant on experience.

This is a key role overseeing a portfolio of acquisitions, transformation programmes and strategic initiatives, ensuring strong governance, clear reporting and effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the firm-wide portfolio roadmap, including milestones, risks, dependencies and priorities.
• Provide clear management information and reporting to senior leadership and the Board.
• Drive accountability, delivery and effective programme governance across multiple workstreams.
• Support acquisition integrations across key business functions.
• Monitor organisational capacity, resources, benefits and strategic outcomes.
• Develop and improve processes, tools and reporting, using technology and automation where appropriate.

About You

You will have significant project manager, transformation, programme or integration experience, ideally within a fast-paced or acquisitive organisation within professional services or an corporate environment.
