Location: Birmingham (Stephenson Street, B2 4BJ)

Hiring for a reputed client, you'll provide vital administrative support to Programme teams-helping coordinate interview days and supporting candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment journey.
What you'll be doing:
* Support interview days by managing the rotation of applicants through multiple online interviews
* Liaise with stakeholders, responding to queries and helping keep schedules on track
* Resolve issues as they arise during the recruitment process-quickly and professionally
* Carry out administration across different directorates on non-interview days
* Complete data entry and support stakeholder management
* Attend interview dates where working time may extend
What you'll bring:
* Confident experience in administrative support, with a strong eye for detail
* Ability to coordinate multiple moving parts and manage shifting priorities
* Professional communication skills when liaising with stakeholders and resolving issues
* Comfort working across online platforms, including supporting virtual interview processes
* Flexibility with a hybrid pattern-some weeks fully office based to support interviews, others fully remote
Additional information:
* 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday
* Hybrid working (flexible based on interview periods)
* Pay rate: £14.52 per hour
* Proposed start: ASAP
* Contract length: until 31/03/27 (extension unlikely)
* Initial training: 2 weeks (approx.)
