ITS Construction Professionals are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a live construction project at a school in Birmingham.

We are looking for a Site Manager with a strong background in main contracting and previous experience managing construction projects from site setup through to completion.

The Role

• Managing day-to-day site operations

• Coordinating subcontractors and site teams

• Ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to the required quality standards

• Managing health & safety and site documentation

• Liaising with the Project Manager, subcontractors and client representatives

• Monitoring progress against programme

• Managing site logistics and ensuring the site remains organised and compliant

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Manager

• Main contracting experience

• Experience working on education / school projects is highly desirable

• SMSTS

• CSCS

• First Aid

• Strong knowledge of health & safety and site procedures

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Previous experience managing subcontractors and site teams
