Residential Conveyancer (NQ - 2 Years PQE)

Location: Birmingham (Office Based)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE + Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (1 Hour Lunch Break)

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and growing law firm based in Birmingham.

This is an office-based position suited to a Newly Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or Fee Earner with up to 2 years' post-qualification experience looking to develop their career within a supportive residential property team.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, with a particular focus on purchases.

* Previous experience handling purchase transactions is essential. *

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion.
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Managing purchase transactions independently.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties.
• Reviewing contracts, searches, title documents, and mortgage offers.

Requirements

• NQ to 2 years PQE as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancer.
• Essential experience handling residential purchases.
• Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
