RGSS's client, a leading maintenance provider, are looking for a reliable, "Ground Maintenance operative" to join their team across Towcester and the surrounding areas-

Wythecombe Banbury; Wixams Bedford; Northampton areas

• Role Type- perm

• Van supplied for perm

  Social housing maintenance

  Working in occupied homes

  Planned works, specialising in ripping out bathrooms, doing disabled adaptations and installing/fitting new wet rooms. Need to have done flat lay flooring (ideally cap and cove, but not essential, they can be taught this). Flat lay is a min expectations. Need to be able to tile. Need to be a proper plumber with soldering experience as they may need to move pipes and rads etc.
