Job Title: PMO Analyst

Role Type: Contract

Length: 4 Months

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid, 1-2 days a week)

Our client is looking for a PMO Analyst who will support multiple project and programme workstreams, helping to maintain strong governance, accurate reporting and effective coordination across their portfolio. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-focused and confident working with a range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate programme plans, milestones, actions and decisions across multiple workstreams.
• Maintain RAID logs and supports the timely escalation of risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
• Produce clear status reports, dashboards and governance packs.
• Facilitates meetings, coordinates stakeholders and follows up agreed actions.
• Support consistent project governance, reporting and delivery standards.

Essential Experience

• Previous experience within a PMO or Project Support Office.
• Proven ability to support multiple projects and programmes simultaneously.
• Strong organisation, prioritisation, time management and attention to detail.
• Confident stakeholder coordination and meeting facilitation skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
