VPss are currently working exclusively with an established and unique Fleet CCTV provider on helping them recruit a brand new Booking Coordinator professional who is able to work closely with the owner of the business, and other team leaders, to help book and manage a team of Field Engineers with installations as well as the day to day running of the business and to implement continuous improvement across the organisation

The successful Booking Coordinator / Operations person will be responsible for helping oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, creating a strong operational strategy and ensuring its execution.

Booking Coordinator

• £35,000 - £40,000 base salary
• Fully remote role
• Company incentives, bonuses etc are included with this role as well as career growth

The main responsibilities for this Booking Coordinator / Operations role include:

• Identifying, setting, measuring, and hitting strategic and short-term performance goals
• Achieve or exceed expected targets.
• Diary management
• Liaising with Owners and Directors of companies
• Liaising with 3rd party engineers
• The willingness to go the extra mile and do what’s needed to get the job done.
• Creating, implementing, assessing, and improving business plans, strategies, processes and

procedures across all operations teams in the Group.

• Being the “go to” person for new projects across the business
• Enabling employee engagement, a positive working environment and customer outcome

focused culture
