Business Validation Analyst - #2146607

We are recruiting for a number of Business Validation Analyst to support a large-scale business verification project.

This is a full-time fully remote opportunity and Is ideal for candidates with experience in merchant onboarding, KYB/KYC, financial crime, underwriting, credit risk, compliance, or business research.

You will be responsible for validating businesses through online research, reviewing company records, websites, ownership structures, and other independent sources to ensure organisations are legitimate and accurately represented.

Key duties of the Business Validation Analyst role include:

• Conducting business verification and due diligence checks
• Reviewing company records, websites, and supporting documentation
• Investigating discrepancies and identifying potential risks
• Carrying out online research using multiple data sources
• Recording clear, evidence-based decisions and findings
• Escalating complex cases where required

Ideal candidates for the Business Validation Analyst:

• Merchant onboarding or underwriting
• KYB/KYC, AML or financial crime investigations
• Credit risk or business information analysis
• Compliance, fraud, or intelligence research
• Strong administrative or research-based roles with excellent attention to detail

• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Confidence working independently in a remote environment

Key Information of the Business Validation Analyst:

• Fully remote, UK-based role
• Initial 4-6 week assignment with potential for extension
• £17.00 per hour
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Own laptop and reliable internet connection required
• French or German language skills would be advantageous but are not essential
