Skills needed

  • Lead a supervising social work and support team
  • Strong on Ofsted fostering standards and safeguarding
  • Match children carefully and support carers well


Experience needed

  • Registered Manager or Deputy in an independent fostering agency
  • Social work qualified, with Level 5 or working towards
  • Ofsted registered, or ready to register
