Graphic Design Intern

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Graphic Design Intern to support T3AM Global, JobNav and Prospect Leaders.

Working across three different brands means you will gain experience designing for different audiences, products and campaigns while building a diverse portfolio of commercial work.

You will help develop visual content and brand assets across digital marketing, social media, sales and communications.

You will take responsibility for:

* Designing social media graphics and digital marketing assets
* Creating branded presentations, brochures and promotional materials
* Supporting website and landing-page visual requirements
* Developing campaign and advertising creatives
* Maintaining consistency across individual brand identities
* Helping develop templates and reusable design systems
* Working with the wider team to turn ideas into professional visual content

It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have:

* Strong interest in graphic design and visual communication
* Good understanding of typography, layout and branding
* Creativity and excellent attention to detail
* Ability to interpret a brief and develop ideas visually
* A portfolio or examples demonstrating your design ability

Other DESIRABLE qualities/skills include:

* Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or Figma experience
* Social media design experience
* Presentation or web design experience
* Video/motion graphics skills
* Experience using AI-powered creative tools

* Design experience across three distinct businesses and brands
* Real projects to add to your portfolio
* Exposure to digital, social, web and commercial design
