People Partner - 3 month FTC - #2145563

Provide hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle, managing Employee Relations cases from investigation through to appeal while coaching managers and delivering people-focused projects. This is a varied role suited to someone who can quickly build relationships and make an immediate impact.

Description

• Managing Employee Relations cases from investigation through to hearing and appeal
• Providing practical HR advice and coaching to managers
• Supporting disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence management cases
• Reviewing and developing people policies and procedures
• Delivering manager training and guidance
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and wider HR projects
• Helping to drive engagement and wellbeing initiatives

Profile

• Strong Employee Relations experience
• Confident managing cases independently
• Good understanding of employment legislation and ACAS guidance
• Able to hit the ground running from day one
• Open sector background
• Passionate about supporting managers and creating positive employee experiences

Job Offer

• 3-month fixed-term contract
• Day rate - up to £200 (Salary equivalent to £44,000)
• Inside IR35 & PAYE
• Flexible working with 1 day per week from home
• 37.5-hour working week
