Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking for a new opportunity? If so, this successful Manufacturing organisation is looking for you.

Salary £55-58k + Bonus + benefits

Based on-site in Birmingham 3 days per week.

Reporting into the HR Director, for this successful and growing organisation, as HR Business Partner you will work closely with your stakeholders to ensure the people agenda supports the broader performance and talent.

As an experienced HR Business Partner you will be passionate about embedding a business partnering approach with your stakeholders. You will have supported or led on Engagement, Talent, Performance and Learning & Development initiatives. This role offers the opportunity over time to develop and grow.
