As a Key Account Manager in the Insurance industry, you'll be managing a key client to drive sales, while building trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders. Identify new opportunities, influence decision-making at the highest level and deliver measurable growth.

Description

• Lead and develop national partnerships, serving as the primary relationship owner and point of contact.
• Develop and deliver a clear account strategy and 12-month growth plan aligned to shared business objectives.

• Implement targeted growth initiatives based on data and insight

• Work collaboratively with regional and branch leadership teams to translate strategy into measurable results.
• Monitor performance and adapt strategy to maximise results
• Facilitate regular business reviews, providing insight, recommendations and constructive challenge

• Produce clear performance reporting and forecasts to support decision making

• Maintain high levels of partner engagement and satisfaction
• minimum of three days per week spent in the field.

Profile

• Significant experience managing major national or strategic accounts
• Proven success of delivering commercial growth and performance improvement
• Experience working with multi-site organisations
• Excellent relationship building, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Strong commercial and financial awareness
• Ability to analyse data and translate insight into action
• Excellent planning and organisational ability
• Based in the Midlands
