A well-established law firm with a strong presence across the region is looking to strengthen its residential property team with an experienced conveyancer. The Role

• Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
  
  
• Deal with a range of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
  
  
• Communicate regularly with clients and keep them informed throughout their transaction.
  
  
• Deal with enquiries, searches, title issues and contractual documentation.
  
  
• Liaise with estate agents, lenders, brokers and other solicitors.
  
  
• Progress matters efficiently and proactively.
  
  
• Identify and resolve issues as they arise.
  
  
• Maintain accurate case management records and ensure compliance with relevant procedures.
  
  
• Work independently while remaining connected to a wider property team.
  
  
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of client service.

You

• A qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced conveyancing fee earner.
  
  
• Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload.
  
  
• Able to work confidently and independently.
  
  
• Strong communication and client-care skills.
  
  
• Organised, commercially aware and detail-focused.
  
  
• Comfortable managing your own workload and competing deadlines.
  
  
• Confident using case management and digital systems.
  
  
• A proactive approach to progressing matters.
  
  
• Someone who takes pride in providing a professional and responsive service.
  
  
• Experienced fee earners without formal qualification are encouraged to apply where they have the relevant level of residential conveyancing experience.
