We are looking for a Multi Skilled Shift Engineer – Electrical Engineer Bias who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Multi Skilled Shift Engineer – Electrical Engineer Bias, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. 

The Multi Skilled Shift Engineer – Electrical Engineer Bias will be responsible for:

• Complete electrical installations and assist tradespeople with wiring, calibration, and alignment tasks
• Carry out testing, fault diagnosis, repairs, and updates to maintenance work orders
• Maintain, repair, and calibrate electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation plant to optimise reliability and maintainability
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures—no live working permitted, ensuring a safe working environment
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, attend toolbox talks, and liaise with contractors or external suppliers where required

To be successful in this role, you must have: 

• Qualified to BS 7671 (18th Edition) in Electrical Installations
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, plant, and controls
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and procedures
• Self-motivated, well-organised, and eager to learn
• Respectful, professional, and confident in raising safety concerns
