Health And Safety Advisor - #2143986

National Education group are expanding their team with the addition of a Regional Health & Safety Advisor role. You will be home based, in a central location with good transport links, i.e. Greater Midlands or surrounding areas.

You will help maintain safe, healthy environments across an education setting, which includes activities, ensuring staff and students are able to operate safely. Working with colleagues across the Group, you will conduct site audits and fire risk assessments, advise senior leaders, prepare action plans and investigate incidents. You will also develop policies, deliver training and support their ISO 45001 accreditation.

To be considered for this Health and Safety Advisor role, you will:

• Hold a health and safety qualification to NEBOSH Certificate level or above.
• Good knowledge and practical experience in a health and safety role.
• Experience in a similar setting would be useful, such as education, social housing, care, charity, or activity based organisation.
• Able to travel as part of the role, with occasional nights away.
• This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.

Salary is up to £44,000 plus company car and benefits which include, training, professional development, 35 days holiday (including bank holidays), flexible benefits package, and medical cover.
