The role

• A fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail manager to join this dynamic grocer that is unquestionably leading the market.
• As a Store Manager within this phenomenal business, you will manage a team, engaging and motivating them to deliver the highest standard
• The Store Manager will provide excellent customer service while ensuring the best results in sales, productivity, cost control and adherence to all areas of compliance
• They will make short and long term business decisions and manage company property
• The Store Manager will work closely with the Area Manager in ensuring plans are in place for consistent forward development of the team and the store

Ideal Candidate

• Experience as a Store Manager or Retail Manager within a fast-paced retailer
• Excellent leadership skills and a clear passion for success
• A strong track record of delivering positive results
• An inspirational leader who can motivate a team to drive for success
• A highly organized individual with strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively, and to think on their feet
