Remuneration: £30,000 - £36,000

The role of the Document Controller – Facades will involve:

• Document Controller position dealing with various SFS and curtain walling project across the UK
• Recording and issuing cladding design information for commercial and industrial projects
• Submitting and tracking design information to and from clients in a timely manor
• Upload and download construction documentation (drawings, specifications, technical submittals, material samples etc)
• Filing documents and reports for each project for auditing purposes
• Assist with the collation, arrangement and submission of Operation & Maintenance Manuals
• Ensuring quality checks are completed and documented
• Working on projects ranging in value from £2mto £30m

The ideal applicant will be Document Controller – Facades with:

• Must have experience as a Document Controller or related in construction
• Ideally have experience in the facades industry
• Ideally experienced in AutoCAD to interpret design drawings
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong relationship building skills
• High levels of organisation and attention to detail
• Enthusiastic, team player, who works well individually also
