CLIENT GROWTH MANAGER - B2B TECHNOLOGY /MARKETING

Our client is a technology B2B marketing agency with deep industry knowledge, offering high-quality programs, resources and creative services tailored to clients' specific needs. They work with some of the biggest names in IT, and as part of their continued growth, they're looking for an ambitious Client Growth Manager to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, ambitious business, gaining hands-on experience across a variety of projects while working closely with senior leadership and industry-leading clients.

Location: Fully Remote with periodic attendance at events.

Salary: £60k OTE

AS CLIENT GROWTH MANAGER YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Leverage existing industry relationships to identify and secure new business opportunities, driving revenue growth
• Develop and execute prospecting strategies and strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through to closing and account management
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Represent the business at events and across social media, advocating for the brand within industry communities

THE IDEAL CLIENT GROWTH MANAGER WILL HAVE:

• Minimum 5 years' demonstrable sales experience in partner marketing or a related field, with a proven track record growing business for agencies in the technology industry
• An established network of contacts and relationships within the technology industry
• A hunter sales mindset: proactive, positive, and able to take initiative with great energy
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with proficiency in CRM software such as HubSpot
• Confidence leading senior-level meetings and presenting at industry events, in person or remotely
