Primary Supply Teachers Needed | South Birmingham | Flexible & Long-Term Roles

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Delivering engaging lessons in line with the school’s curriculum and lesson plans.
  • Following lesson plans and instructions provided by the class teacher or school.
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively and maintaining a calm, positive learning environment.
  • Supporting pupils with their learning, ensuring all students are encouraged to achieve their potential.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Hold an Enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong subject knowledge and able to adapt to different environments.
  • Genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential.

Zest Education are an APSCo audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
