Location: Near Birmingham City Centre | Salary: £14 per hour (Paid Weekly)

Hours: Mon–Thurs (09:30–17:30), Fri (09:30–17:00) – No weekends!

Contract: 3 Months leading to Permanency.

The Role

This isn't a repetitive script-reading job. As our Customer Service Advisor, you will be the heartbeat of our operations, helping digital and in-person buyers navigate a seamless journey from the moment they order to the day their furniture arrives.

• Engaging Customer Support: Handle friendly inbound enquiries via phone and digital channels (strictly no cold calling) with a warm, professional touch.
• Seamless Order Management: Take ownership of processing online and showroom payments, coordinating with couriers, and generating delivery labels.
• Supplier Coordination: Keep the wheels turning smoothly by liaising with our trusted suppliers and delivery partners.
• Vibrant Showroom Support: Act as a welcoming face for visiting customers and assist with general administration to keep our dynamic e-commerce business organised.

What We Are Looking For

We hire for attitude, personality, and drive over a long CV. Full training is provided from day one, but you will thrive if you bring:

• A confident, natural, and professional telephone manner.
• Strong everyday IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel (comfort with online platforms is a plus!).
• A knack for multitasking and staying calm under pressure in a lively office environment.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset—someone who uses their intuition but knows exactly when to ask for guidance.
