Industrial Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance and Reach FLT Driver to join a well-established logistics company based in Birmingham.

This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity offering stable, long-term work for the right candidate.

Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 18:00 – 03:00
• Twilight shift

Pay

• £13.30 per hour
• Weekly pay
• Temporary-to-permanent opportunity

Job Duties

• Operating Counterbalance and Reach FLT trucks safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving and storing stock throughout the warehouse
• Replenishing stock and supporting warehouse operations
• Assisting with general warehouse and yard duties when required
• Carrying out basic equipment checks
• Reporting any faults, damage or safety concerns
• Following all site health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT licence
• Valid and in-date Reach FLT licence
• Previous experience operating both types of truck
• Experience working within a warehouse or logistics environment
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong awareness of health and safety
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
