OFSTED Head of Partnerships - Growth, New Business & Strategic Relationships
Location: (Hybrid Working with Extensive Travel)
Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially driven Head of Partnerships to lead strategic growth across children's social care and education services. This senior role is focused on developing high-level relationships, identifying new markets, creating strategic partnerships and generating sustainable business opportunities.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will work closely with senior leaders to shape future growth, build influential stakeholder networks and position the organisation as a trusted partner across the public sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver strategic growth opportunities across children's social care and education.
- Build and maintain senior relationships with Local Authorities, commissioners, education leaders, charities and key stakeholders.
- Identify emerging markets, commissioning opportunities and new routes to market.
- Lead partnership development and collaborative initiatives.
- Monitor policy, funding and commissioning developments to identify future opportunities.
- Develop a strong pipeline of strategic and commercial opportunities.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences and stakeholder forums.
- Support the conversion of strategic relationships into sustainable commercial outcomes.
About You
- Significant experience in business development, partnerships or commercial growth.
- Strong understanding of children's social care and/or education services.
- Experience working with Local Authorities and public sector organisations.
- Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, networking and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to identify and develop long-term growth opportunities.
