As we continue to expand across the UK, we are looking for ambitious and commercially driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing sales team.

Opportunities are available home-based, hybrid and office-based, depending on location.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective customers, introducing them to T3AM Global and generating qualified opportunities for our recruitment teams.

This is a performance and commission-based sales opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with businesses, building relationships and being rewarded directly for the results they generate.

You will take responsibility for:

* Prospecting and engaging businesses through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels
* Identifying companies that are actively hiring and could benefit from T3AM's recruitment services
* Speaking with decision-makers including business owners, directors, HR and hiring managers
* Qualifying prospective customers and understanding their recruitment requirements
* Booking qualified meetings and generating opportunities for the wider sales and recruitment team
* Maintaining accurate prospect and activity information within our CRM
* Achieving agreed activity, meeting and new business targets

It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have the following:

* A confident and professional telephone manner
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A motivated, ambitious and target-driven approach
* Confidence approaching and speaking with new businesses
* Resilience and the ability to work within a performance-driven sales environment

Other DESIRABLE qualities/skills include:

* Previous experience in sales, telesales, business development or appointment setting
* Recruitment or B2B sales experience
* Experience using CRM systems, LinkedIn or sales prospecting tools
* A track record of achieving sales or activity targets

* £24,000 - £30,000 OTE, based on performance
* Commission-based earning structure with the opportunity to increase earnings through results
* Home-based, hybrid and office-based opportunities available
