About the role

• General office and administrative support
• Reception and front-of-house support
• Answering and managing incoming calls
• Assisting with projects and ad-hoc business support
• Managing emails, diary and calendar
• Meeting and appointment coordination
• Organising events, team meetings and office activities
• Preparing documents, reports, presentations and meeting packs
• Scanning, filing and document management
• Supporting senior managers, executives and wider teams

We're looking for people who:

Previous office experience. particularly in EA, PA, Team Assistant, Reception or administration, but that's just a bonus! We're also interested in people with strong transferable skills.
