Business Information Manager - #2135619

We're looking for an experienced Information Manager to join our Midlands & North team, taking ownership of project documentation, information management processes and the Common Data Environment (CDE). You'll be the go-to expert for project information, ensuring documentation is accurate, compliant and fully traceable from project inception through to handover, while supporting the wider team with training, guidance and best practice.

Working closely with project stakeholders, you'll manage document control processes, oversee the CDE (including Asite), maintain Information Management Protocols, monitor compliance with ISO 19650 standards, produce project performance reports and drive continuous improvement across information management systems. You'll play a key role in ensuring information is managed efficiently, securely and consistently throughout the project lifecycle.

To be successful, you'll have previous site-based construction experience, ideally with a Tier 1 main contractor, along with strong knowledge of Asite or similar CDE platforms, ISO 19650, PAS 8672 and BIM-related tools. Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is a valid CSCS card. To apply please send your CV with a short covering letter.
