The Opportunity
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage your own 360 recruitment desk, taking responsibility for both candidate and client relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and growing client accounts
- Winning new business through sales activity and relationship building
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates
- Managing temporary and permanent vacancies
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Negotiating fees and securing placements
- Achieving KPIs, revenue targets and personal goals
- Delivering an outstanding recruitment service throughout the hiring process
About You
We're looking for:
- Previous recruitment experience in any sector
- Experience as a Resourcer, Delivery Consultant or Recruitment Consultant
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A motivated, target-driven and commercially focused mindset
- Desire to develop within a 360 recruitment environment
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential
