Are you an experienced Head of HR looking for a fresh challenge?

Birmingham base - Hybrid working

£100-120k + CA + Bonus + Benefits

As Head of HR you will report directly to the Managing Director. You will provide strategic and operational HR leadership within a highly unionised environment. You will play a key role in managing employee relations, union engagement, TUPE, organisation change and transition.

As an experienced Head of HR you will be a credible and hands-on HR leader with:

• Significant experience working with trade unions and managing complex ER matters.
• A proven track record of leading organisational change, consultation and TUPE programmes.
• The ability to influence senior stakeholders and balance strategic leadership with operational delivery.
• Happy to roll your sleeves up.
