Our client has nearly 100,000 members of staff across overa 100 office locations and thousands of customers and services offered acrossthe country.
Your new role

• Manage your own caseload of employee relations matters from initial receipt through to conclusion.
• Provide advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures and best practice.
• Deliver employee relations support to managers via the ER advice line.
• Utilise technology and case management systems to provide a high-quality remote service.
• Support the triage of employee relations cases received from across the business.
• Build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across both public and private sector contracts.

What you'll need to succeed

• Knowledge of low/mid risk Employee Relations is crucial (such as Absence Management)
• CIPD qualified or eager to undertake CIPD studies with company support.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• An understanding of HR systems would be advantageous.
• A keen interest in Employment Law and HR best practice.
• Strong appreciation of confidentiality and the handling of sensitive information.
• Comfortable working over the phone and taking calls

What you'll get in return
You'll get an annual salary of £26,000 - £28,000 plus a variety of benefits such as private pension, paid holiday (plus bank holidays) through to life assurance, cycle to work schemes, company discounts and much more.
