Founded by an experienced primary teacher who has worked directly in the classroom and as a supply professional, we understand the realities of the job, the challenges of supply work, and how vital it is to find the right school environment - not just any placement.

We partner with a wide network of primary schools and academies, connecting adaptable teachers with flexible short-term and long-term roles. • A flexible and adaptable approach to different school environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Other DESIRABLE skills include:

* Teaching experience within UK primary education (EYFS, KS1, or KS2)

  • Weekly Pay: Prompt, hassle-free payments every week
  • True Flexibility: Work as often or as little as you like to suit your lifestyle
  • Teacher-Led Support: Guidance from former educators who understand your daily role
  • Varied Opportunities: Choice of daily supply, long-term cover, or pathways to permanent roles
  • Ongoing CPD: Access to continuous professional development to keep your skills sharp
