- Delivering pre-planned lessons and adapting smoothly to short-notice requirements
- Maintaining strong classroom management and fostering an inclusive, positive learning environment
- Assessing pupil progress and ensuring continuity of learning
- Building quick rapport with pupils, staff, and leadership teams
- Following school policies while upholding high standards of teaching professionalism
It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have the following:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- The ability to manage behaviour effectively
- A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate
- A flexible and adaptable approach to different school environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
