Technical Project Coordinator – Contract

Location: Birmingham
Rate: £140–£180 per day
Contract: 2–3 months initially
IR35: Outside IR35
Start: Immediate

We are currently recruiting for a Technical Project Coordinator to join a fast-paced project team based in Birmingham.

This is an initial 2–3 month contract with the potential to extend and would suit someone with experience working within fit-out, construction, large-scale events, exhibitions, activations or similar project-led environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate technical and project activities across multiple workstreams
• Support Project Managers with the successful delivery of projects
• Coordinate with design, technical, production and site teams
• Assist with project schedules, deadlines and key milestones
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams
• Track project progress and highlight potential issues or delays
• Ensure technical information and documentation is kept organised and up to date
• Support projects from planning through to installation/delivery

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Technical Coordinator or similar role
• Experience within fit-out, construction, events, exhibitions or activations
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Comfortable working across multiple projects and priorities
• Able to work effectively within a fast-paced project environment
• Available immediately or at short notice

This is an excellent opportunity to join an exciting project environment on an Outside IR35 contract, with the potential for further work beyond the initial contract period.

Rate: £140–£180 per day
