Our client, a well-established and growing organisation, is looking for a Senior Management Accountant to play a key role within their finance team. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of the monthly management accounts process, partner with key stakeholders across the business, and provide valuable financial insight to support strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative and supportive environment that encourages professional development and continuous improvement.

• Prepare and deliver accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
• Lead the month-end close process, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Produce detailed variance analysis and provide commentary on financial performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities.
• Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insight and challenge where appropriate.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure the integrity of financial records.
• Monitor cash flow and support working capital management.
• Assist with statutory accounts preparation and liaise with external auditors.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and controls.

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.
• Proven experience in a management accounting role.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems.
