*TEMP-PERM* Telemarketer Responsibilities:

• Understand campaign objectives and work towards achieving key targets
• Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to generate interest and identify new opportunities
• Speak with decision-makers to understand business needs and qualify leads
• Build and nurture relationships to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Track telemarketing activity and provide regular campaign updates to the Team Leader
• Accurately maintain and update CRM records with all customer interactions
• Carry out market research to strengthen industry knowledge and campaign awareness
• Collaborate with internal teams to share campaign feedback and highlight any issues

*TEMP-PERM* Telemarketer Skills and Experience:

• Previous outbound sales experience, ideally within telemarketing or telesales
• Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner
• Strong relationship-building and rapport-creating abilities
• Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
• IT literate, with experience using CRM systems and MS Office to include Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a strong team-player mentality
