Job Description

We are seeking an organised and compassionate Immigration Caseworker to support clients with case preparation, documentation, correspondence and administrative processes. The successful candidate will be confident handling sensitive information and managing multiple cases with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and administration of immigration and asylum cases
• Review and organise case documents and supporting evidence
• Communicate with clients regarding case requirements and updates
• Maintain accurate and confidential case records
• Prepare correspondence and routine case documentation
• Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding information
• Liaise with relevant internal teams and external contacts
• Escalate complex matters to appropriately qualified professionals

Key Skills / Qualifications

• Previous experience in immigration, asylum, legal casework or a related administrative role preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
• Good research, record-keeping and administrative skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Relevant legal, immigration or casework qualification is advantageous
