Multi-Skilled Property Maintenance Engineer

£42,000 - £48,000 + Company Van + Fuel Card

We’re looking for an experienced Multi-Trader / Property Maintenance Engineer to join our maintenance team.

This is a hands-on role carrying out reactive and planned maintenance across domestic and commercial properties.

The work includes:

• Carpentry and joinery
• Doors and fire doors
• Kitchens and bathrooms
• General plumbing
• Plastering and dry lining
• Tiling and flooring
• Painting and decorating
• Brickwork, render and repointing
• Gutters, fascias and fencing
• General property repairs

You do not need to be able to do everything on the list. We’re looking for someone with a strong core trade and experience working across different areas of property maintenance.

You’ll Need

• 2+ years' recent full-time PAYE experience in a similar role
• Proven property maintenance / multi-trade experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Your own tools
• Ability to work independently and complete jobs properly

CSCS, Asbestos Awareness and additional trade qualifications are an advantage but not essential.
