Kitchen Fitter (Permanent)

Location: Birmingham & West Midlands

Salary: £55,000 per year

The Role

Looking for an experienced Kitchen Fitter for full-time, permanent domestic installs across Birmingham and the surrounding areas. You will be running jobs from initial site survey right through to handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out initial job surveys—measuring up, checking services/layout, and spotting any site issues prior to fitting.

• Complete full kitchen installations from initial rip-out to final details.

• Fit units, worktops (laminate, composite, timber), cornices, pelmets, and end panels.

• Handle basic plumbing, tiling, and appliance integrations associated with the fit.

• Work directly off CAD drawings and kitchen elevation plans.

• Keep job sites clean and deal professionally with domestic customers.

What You Need

• Own Vehicle: Reliable van or transport to travel between local jobs.

• Own Kit: Complete set of professional hand and power tools (routers, jigs, track saws, etc.).

• Experience: Solid track record in full-scope kitchen fitting or joinery.

• Full UK Driving Licence.

Package & Benefits

• £55,000 base salary (Permanent contract)

• Mileage paid at 45p per mile for anything over 20 miles per day
