Interim Finance Business Partner - #2128324

Mitchell Adam are partnering with a respected organisation with a substantial and diverse asset base to recruit an experienced Finance Business Partner. This interim opportunity has arisen during a key period of transformation and offers the chance to play a leading role within the fixed assets function.

This is a hands on position best suited to a technically capable finance professional with a strong background in stakeholder engagement and team leadership. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and group level stakeholders, delivering detailed financial analysis and commercial insight while overseeing a team of three accountants.

The role will involve analysing and consolidating data across the fixed asset function, monitoring KPIs, trends and variances and identifying opportunities to improve operational performance and asset profitability.

Ideally, you will:

• Have proven experience business partnering with senior leadership and non-financial stakeholders
• Be confident presenting financial findings and influencing strategic decision-making
• Possess strong technical accounting expertise with excellent attention to detail
• Have experience managing complex asset portfolios and large-scale capital projects
• Demonstrate effective team leadership skills including mentoring, workload management, and deadline oversight
