Our client, a well-established and growing organisation, is seeking an experienced Head of Management Accounting to lead their finance team and drive financial performance across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional to oversee the management accounting function, deliver insightful reporting, support strategic decision-making, and play a key role in shaping the organisation's financial future within a collaborative and flexible working environment.

• Lead and develop the Management Accounting team, ensuring high levels of performance and engagement.
• Oversee the production of accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
• Drive improvements in financial reporting, controls, and management information.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiencies within the finance function.
• Act as a key contributor to finance transformation and change projects.

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.
• Proven experience leading a Management Accounting or Finance team.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management capabilities.
