Chartered Building Surveyor - #2127696

An opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor in Birmingham to deliver commercial project and professional Building Surveying services across a varied client portfolio. You will manage client commissions independently while providing technical advice and contract administration across commercial property.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical due diligence surveys and reporting
• Manage refurbishment and repair projects through contract administration
• Deliver dilapidations advice for landlords and occupiers
• Prepare planned maintenance schedules and reinstatement cost assessments
• Produce Licences for Alterations and monitor tenant works

Requirements

• MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor
• Commercial Building Surveying experience
• Contract administration and technical due diligence expertise
• Experience with dilapidations and landlord and tenant matters
• Ability to manage client commissions independently

Salary & Package

• £45,000–£65,000 basic salary
• Car allowance
