We’re excited to be recruiting for a Graduate Client Executive to join an innovative and fast-growing technology firm based in Birmingham City Centre!

This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role (2 days in the office), offering a competitive salary of £26,000–£29,000 depending on experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, resilient and commercially minded graduate looking to build a career in a dynamic technology environment. You’ll play a key role in developing new business, building strong supplier relationships and identifying commercial opportunities across a diverse range of technology products.

You’ll be joining an entrepreneurial, high-energy team with a London-style culture, where ambition is encouraged, progression is supported and no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business by promoting and selling a range of innovative technology products and software solutions.
• Build your own supplier network through proactive outbound activity, targeted campaigns and warm marketing leads.
• Develop long-term relationships with existing suppliers, becoming a trusted point of contact and helping them maximise their opportunities.
• Spot commercial opportunities by identifying upselling and cross-selling potential.
• Own the sales conversation, confidently negotiating commercial terms, overcoming objections and converting opportunities into results.
• Turn leads into relationships by following up on marketing activity and supplier enquiries quickly and professionally.
• Stay organised and commercially focused by keeping CRM records, call notes and follow-ups accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate across the business, working closely with internal teams to maximise sales opportunities and support the continued growth of your supplier portfolio.

We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially minded individual who is confident, resilient and motivated by results.

You’ll be someone who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships and spotting opportunities. Whether you’re a recent graduate looking to kick-start your career in sales or you already have experience in business development, telesales, recruitment, account management or another customer-facing environment, we want to hear from you!
