Ready to launch your career in recruitment?

Are you an ambitious, commercially minded graduate eager to learn how a successful international business really works?

We’re looking for a Graduate Operations Coordinator to join our team, based in the heart of Birmingham. You’ll work closely with the CEO and Directors, get exposure to every part of the business, contribute to projects that directly shape how we operate, and have the opportunity to develop into a Recruitment Consultant at the end of the scheme.

You’ll be joining an industry-leading recruitment company with an international presence and 50 years of successful history, working alongside industry experts with 75+ years of combined experience.

The Role

As Graduate Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly while gaining an in-depth understanding of how a high-performing recruitment company operates.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day running of the office and ensuring everything operates efficiently.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for external stakeholders, representing the company professionally.
  • Supporting the CEO and Directors with a variety of business projects.
  • Reviewing and developing company procedures to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Collecting, organising and analysing data.
  • Supporting the wider team wherever needed and becoming a key part of the company's day-to-day operations.

What are we looking for?

  • A recent graduate or someone looking to start their professional career.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident communicating with people at all levels.
  • Proactive, commercially aware and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable taking ownership of projects and getting things done.
  • Detail-oriented, particularly when working with data and processes.
  • Ambitious about building a long-term career.
  • Excited by the prospect of moving into recruitment and developing in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

You don't need to have previous recruitment experience. We’re looking for potential, ambition and the right attitude.
