IMMEDIATE START REQUIRED
We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious education provider in Birmingham City Centre for a Student Hub Advisor to join their supportive team on a full time, temporary basis, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8:30am-5:00pm.
This role plays a key part in delivering an excellent student experience by providing guidance, support and practical advice to students throughout their studies.

This role plays a key part in delivering an excellent student experience by providing guidance, support and practical advice to students throughout their studies.
Key Responsibilities of the Student Hub Advisor role include:
- Provide student support via face-to-face, phone, email, live chat and messaging channels
- Monitor student attendance and advise on absence issues
- Act as a student advocate, liaising with academic staff and support teams
- Maintain accurate student records and assist with reporting and data tracking
- Support and organise campus events and student engagement activities
- Handle sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality
- NVQ Level 2-3, City & Guilds or equivalent experience in a student-facing role
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse groups
- Experience managing data and resolving student queries
- Positive, proactive and organised approach
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Degree or experience within higher education/student support desirable
- Experience with CRM systems or student records databases (e.g. SITS, Salesforce) desirable
- Understanding of data protection and student wellbeing support desirable
- Location: Birmingham City Centre
- Hours: Full-time, temporary role, 37 hours per week
- Pay: £13.50 per hour
